Barcode
Added support for QR model 1 codes (legacy format).
Added support for UPU 4-State codes with fluorescent orange ink (fluorescent_orange_ink extension, see also Symbology Properties).
Added SparkScan battery saving mode option, to control the battery usage and extend scanning sessions. This option is enabled by default, but it is possible to control it via battery saving mode, deciding whether it’s automatic (default), always on or always off. See SparkScanSettings.BatterySaving.

Added id.CapturedId.DocumentAdditionalNumber which represents the additional number of the document.
Added support for ColombiaDlBarcodeResult.
